Dectomax 2008 Championship Launch

Visitors to Clogher Valley Show for the past two years have commented on the wonderful line-up of white cattle at one end of the show grounds . The grand final of the Dectomax Charolais championships has brought out the very best young Charolais cattle from around the province and Clogher Valley Show committee has enabled these to be shown to best advantage.

Dectomax Championships a major success

A turnout of quality Charolais that ensured a crowded ringside during the entire judging schedule was how the Dectomax Charolais championships at Clogher Valley Show could be described.

Sponsored by Pfizer Animal Health and the British Charolais Society the generous prize fund attracted leading breeders and new breeders all anxious to take home some of the top awards. Judge , Drew Adam, from Angus had his work cut out for him when selecting a champion in each of the six sections.
